Information you choose to share

The appointment request form collects your name, mobile number, preferred date and time, treatment interest and consent to contact you. Email and a brief message are optional. Please do not submit detailed medical records or unnecessary sensitive information.

Why we collect it

Enquiries are stored to help the clinic respond, discuss your dental concern and arrange an appointment. Your request does not confirm an appointment or create a dentist-patient relationship.

Services involved

Website hosting and appointment storage are provided through Lovable Cloud. If you deliberately choose to send your details on WhatsApp, those details are transferred to WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Google Maps opens only when you choose Get Directions; Google’s terms then apply. This website does not send appointment notification emails automatically.

Retention and deletion

Enquiries remain stored until reviewed and deleted by the clinic. A fixed retention schedule has not yet been specified. To request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of contact consent, call +91 70097 65037. The clinic will review requests and any applicable record-keeping requirements.
